Default Kernel Interface issues 2.4.21-27.0.2.EL

I am running an AMD 64 (Opteron 150) with an e-GeForce 6800 Ultra on an ASUS sk8n.
I can not get the kernel interface to compile. I have tried the tarball, the .src.rpm, and the easy installer. With the tarball and the src.rpm, they both seem to break when trying to compile the header files. On the tarball, specifically nv.c .

Also, there doesn't seem to be anyone else who has had issues with this kernel.

Any help is appreciated.
