How do you enable the console? I see there are keys for showing the framerate, taking screenshots, etc. in the settings but I haven't been able to find out how to bring up the console.

Some bugs I found in the 2nd level.

1. In one of the hallways, an enemy walked into a door and disappeared under the floor. I walked around and he was really gone.

2. When you make a sound while on the bridge, the captain will go stand next to the other guy forever after checking.

Doesn't deter from the game, but it was a bit strange and funny.

Has anyone had any luck playing the coop mode? A friend and I tried playing it yesterday, and after seeing that you had to open over 3000 different ports to get to play, we tried using a VPN to trick it into a LAN connection which also didn't work.

I also have problems with coop, it just keeps saying "JOINING GAME" for ~10 secs and then returns to the game list.. It's probably about the tcp ports 40000-42999 being blocked, since I can't open all of them, thanks to my crappy router. Argh...

There is a rather large update available for the game already that seems to fix many of the COOP mode problems(pc).

I need a coop partner ... so hard to find a good game. If I actually manage to join the server it is usually the laggiest thing ever (or they are foreign... and I can't stand not being able to communicate).

Friday night I had a GREAT time playing coop with this one guy for about 3 hours... most fun I have had in a while... just wish the guy would have been a little more stealthy lol.

I've been playing coop on our lan connection at home. My son gets rather frustrated with me as I still haven't quite got the game fundamentals down yet, lol. Starting to get the hang of it though.

btw: We have the Xbox and pc versions of the game and both are very nice.

The demo is so good, and $30 is a hella good price. hopefully I can make it out there this week. I can't get over how absolutely stunning the graphics are.

There's one thing you can do now that will be available when we find out how to get the console up. You can go to any map now by opening a map (.scl files in Data\Maps\) with SplinterCell3.exe in System\ . You'll have to watch all those intro videos again though When we finally figure out how to bring up the console, and god I hope it's soon, the command MAY be like in other unreal engine games, "open [mapname]" without the mapname extension. I hope I haven't caused anyone to blow the plot for themselves by jumping ahead to see the pretty gfx in all these maps.

Before the update the lan co-op(pc) was unplayable. It is playable now to some extent, but still has problems.
