Default Where to get Tygon tubing?

I need Tygon tubing (1/2" ID) for a water cooling setup.

I want to buy it at a brick/mortar. Anyone know who might carry it? CompUSA? Fry's? Plumbing supply store?

You would probably have the best luck at Fry's or a hardware store. It would probably be cheaper at the hardware store - try Lowe's or Home Depot first, then Ace, then the supply house.

I suggest calling one of the regional offices; they might be able to hook you up with a lab supply or beverage distributor near you. Here is one, others in Michigan and NJ

Yeah, Ive tried to locate tygon, and it seems you can only buy it in boxes that cost about 200$ +, if you need just a bit for Water Cooling you have to pay the outrageous fees that online stores cost. However it dose even seem that its about 2$ per foot at best even in bulk heh.

If there is a place that has it at better prices id love to find it!

Yeah I had the same result with Lowe's and Home Depot. I thought about trying Eagle Micro up in Castleton but they'd probably charge about $10 per foot of the stuff.

Heheh yeah, I always feel like I'm at a used car lot whenever I go in there (for whatever reason) I'm almost in a rush to see what I want to check out as fast as possible before one of them comes up and starts talking.

If they do that, just say to them:

I'm sorry, I'm afraid I subscribe to the theory of intellectual osmosis. Therefore, I must cease this conversation and walk away before my intelligence begins to drop.

That'll: 1) Get them to shut up, 2) Get them to leave you alone, 3) Get a hearty laugh from anyone who understands what you meant and was within earshot, 4) any combination of the above.
