Default nVidia Quadro FX3400 PCIE driver for Linux Enterprise edition

Hi;

Could someone help me with installing proper driver for nVidia Quadro FX3400 with 256M RAM on Linux Enterprise Edition? The driver seems to be installed but the pull down menu shows 128M as max. option but when I reboot, it reverts it back to 8M!

I'm new to Linus, so detailed instruction is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
