Default Mandrake64bit & nF4

Hello to anybody.I'm a new user of mandrake even if I installed it on a motherboard with VIA chipset. My problem is: I got a new DFI sli-d motherboard with nF4 chipset but when I try to install my linux mandrake it says that the cd-rom drivers can't be found and the setup stops here. I tried even with the DVD platform but I wasn't successfull. What should I do to install mandrake 64bit on my new motherboard? With some distribuitions I can't install with DVD-rom but only with CD-rom drive...I don't know why.
Anyone can help me?
