Ask the NVWOrkstation users that are obviously more special then we are.

Ok thanks, but should i apply for Workstation Developer
Relations Program just to try a beta driver?
I thinks that nvidia may find a better way to distribuite
beta drivers

Maybe we should all apply for NVWorkstation Developer.
Even if we are not qualifying, receiving hundreds of requests
just for beta drivers could make the realize that a public
download is a better idea
Today it is too late, but tomorrow i will apply. Even if i don't
use very often openGL i'am a programmer after all

I second the notion that nvidia should be a little more sharing with its beta builds. I mean, my box isn't working at all right now with 7174. Short of burning out my video card, there isn't really any way I can be dissappointed at how well 7658 or other betas work.

Sorry for making this a kind of blog, but this seems to be simillar to the situation of America's Army Linux release.

Linux version (of 2.30 I think) was released 3 months later than the Windows one. No, the porting didn't take so much time - AA 2.30 for Linux was already deployed on some Linux servers! I think that the server owners had to pay for the Linux version to have it sooner (sooner for themselves).

Seems like companies want to make some more money out of software for Linux.

The only "alive" forum moderator is Thunderbird probably.

@Thunderbird: WTF is going on with all the staff (zander etc.)?

Let's have some :
