Default Mandrake9(again)

I know everyone is tired of this but here goes I d/l and installed the 3123 drivers.I did the make install and it said completed successfully on both.I edited the config file to read "nvidia" I then tied to startx and I got" tried to load module "nvidia"no module exists"It said it was using the right config file. What did I miss? These were tar files unless you havn't guessed doh.

The new driver release (1.0-4191) includes RPMs for Mandrake 9.0 that you should probably try. Download NVchooser.sh from the driver download page to find out which RPMs are right for your system.
