Default windows not show on gnome window list - TwinView / Fedora Core 3

Windows on the second display of my TwinView don't show up on the window list applet. Worse, if one of these windows is minimized it totally disappears, with no easy way to find it again. Am I missing a configuration option? [heavily excerpted] xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log are below (sorry for the huge post!) Thanks!
