I think what a lot of people are missing here is the value of the 360. I mean, come on, for $400 (I guess), you cannot put together a PC that has that same amount of power. Heck, your video card will cost that much alone. You're getting one heck of a deal with the XBOX 360 IMO.

Yes but my PC can do far alot more then any console can, I honestly can't see why the hell anyone is comparing the two in the first place. Console's and PC's are two different beasts, the only thing they have in common are some games and maybe the interntal parts but other then that they are made for different purposes.

PC vs Console arguments are stupid...

I wonder if were gonna get any graphic glitches on Xbox1 titles on the 360 since its notorious for ATI and Nvidia to sometimes have a different image quality. But its still a plus, will allow me to put that huge box in the closet.

EDIT: Just read something that I hope is false...

Xbox 360 officially will be backward compatible with the prior system's top-selling games, said Microsoft's Vice President Peter Moore. Microsoft will pick and choose only the most popular Xbox titles from its huge backlist of games and will most likely use emulator software for those limited titles.

WTF, So its really NOT backwards compatible... only a certain amount of games will be and we don't even get to choose which... so basically they want people to play the Halo and KOTOR Series but if you want to play a good obscure game you wont be able to...

They can't exactly throw an Xbox inside of it. You do know that PS2's backwards "compatibility" came from an integrated PS1 chip right? I think we're at the point now where that isn't feasible.

Yeah but you would think they would find a way to emulate ALL the games, Hell Sony is doing it with the PS3 giving it FULL compatiblity with PS1 and PS2 games.

Sorry but theres no way that they should claim backwards compatibility if they are limiting it to select titles, why not just state that Select titles from the Xbox will be playable on the Xbox 360 rather then "The Xbox 360 is Backwards Compatible...", You claim Sony BS's alot yet right there is the largest BS I have heard today.

I guess I just don't care about backwards compatibility. I'm tired of Xbox.

For me its a drawing factor, I have many old titles that I like to go back to and play. Just recently I started playing Chrono Cross and Wipeout XL (Pure got me craving it), thanks to the PS2 I didn't need to dig into my closet to pull out the PS1.

According to Capcom, the game will have more than a passing resemblance to the classic zombie movie Dawn of the Dead. "Dead Rising follows the harrowing tale of an overzealous freelance photojournalist as he struggles to survive an endless stream of zombies," said the company. "Players will have full reign of a realistic shopping center, utilizing anything they find to fight off the flesh-hungry mob and search for the truth behind the horrendous epidemic."
