Default Transparent textures with mx400

Have problem with my geforce 2 mx400. In some games, main textures apears to be transparent. More details you can see in screenshots. My system is: AMD Athlon 1Ghz, 384 MB Ram, Win 2k, Geforce 2 mx400 32mb with 71.89 forceware driver, directx 9.0c. Anybody knows there is the problem?

Its either heat or the drivers. I would start by trying diffrent driver sets, see if any work for you. If not, it could be a overheating card or the game isn't compatable (I think a mx400 is the minimum for most games though). I would get a newer card if thats an option.
