Like I said before, never trust any other branch of EA when it comes to release dates. They did the same thing with the MOHPA demo.

Still the weekend is not too bad.

I've heard the demo (and game) will not support 1280x1024, the native res of all 17&19" LCD's. I hope this ain't true.

They said that the resolutions can be edited in a configuration file.

Why do they do that? Can't they just edit the config file to add those common resolutions before they send it out? I just find it strange they make people do that.

Maybe they are incredible lazy? (BF1942 and BFV didn't support 1280x1024 either)
And adding "leaning" to the game was also too much work for them. BF1942 and BFV didn't have it, so why should we add it to BF2?

This has been hashed over many times before but 1280x1024 is not the "correct" ratio if going by 4:3 (800x600, 1024x768, 1280x960, 1600x1200) where 1280x1024 is really an oddball 5:4 ratio which will "squash" true shapes like circles, squares, etc.

I personally believe that us americans are unable to do so because osama.

People out there in our nation don't have that, And I believe that our education like such as south africa and such as the Iraq.

everywhere "such as". And I believe our education should help the US should help the south africa and the iraq and the asian countries so we can build up our future.

yes, but 1280x1024 is the native res on some LCD monitors, so there is reason for concern.

I think at this moment 4 out of 5 screens sold worldwide are 17 or 19 inch LCD, which are 1280x1024 native. Not supporting this res is kind of odd.
