Geez i get hickups every 2 seconds whenever i turn around and this is by playing the game alone on 77.13 drivers.

Tryied to fly it went nice a few seconds then when i came to the city the lag killed me.

Great so what to do with the damn fps problems ?

Work system
AMD a64 3500
1.5BG ram
70 Gb Raptor HD
Nvidia BFGOC 6800U

Game plays smooth but its the gameplay speed. Its not fast enought or slow enough. When i am running it doesnt feel right. Shooting feels slow, and ive never like the vehicals in any BattleField game.

My System

Using the system in my sig I can play smothly with all options on high and 4xaa @ 1280x960. I like the gameplay I think it's better than 1942 and BF:V. I think the speed of the game is nice and graphics are also realy good.

Can't enable AA on my ati card.....but able to do 1600x1200 everything maxed no problem....wish I could get AA working though. Looks decent enough..but I never enjoyed the gameplay.

this demo is hella buggy, shadows are all screwed up, it stutters worse than HL2 ever did,
the graphics are nice, and the sound is great. so far except for the bugs I like it. anyone install the drivers that come with the game? do the shadows work?

EDIT: been trying to find a config file in the game folder to see if i could change the resolution to 1680x1050. anyone had any luck changing the rez on theirs?

reread the thread and look at post #5 about the shadows bug.

The shadows seem to work fine i am using the drivers that came with the demo. The fps is extremely playable with everything maxed out at 1024 x 768 on my system. The scenery does look a little bland to me though.

anyone else have connection problems with this demo? everytime i log into a server for multiplayer i get a "there is a connection problem" message and the game just lags like crazy.

EDIT: i did install the drivers that came with the game, shadows look fine now and the game is smooth for the most part.
