Yeah DVD copy for me, installing it was so easy, just put it in and walk away without having to come back and put in cd 2

Right now I am also addicted to this game.

The game itself is so damn fun, when im able to play, but most of the times I constantly get crashes to desktop, connection problems, and alot of lag. Its hard to shoot someone when they keep teleporting everywhere. Not to mention the stuttering on my comp makes for an interesting flying experience. Hopefully a patch comes out soon which will make my problems all go away cuz this game is badass.

finally installed the latest drivers from nvidia.com... i enabled dynamic lighting and shadows (because they finally work) and WOW... what a difference... the only thing that bugs me now is the lame grass and trees... other than that...

I read a IDIOT say "STFU you n00b!" I just cracked up and said "this game just came out yesterday, we are all NOOOBS!"

This game blows 1942 away and I loved 1942.

I just realized, there was no patch before release! I figured a game like this would have had a patch ready to download at release, since a lot of games are doing that these days. I bet there will be one next week though.

There won't be a patch out next week. If history is any indication we wont see one for a month, such is the BF series.

I was thinking about that a while ago..
You know you killed someone in CS or whatever and they go "you fkn n00b!"..
Well yeah, what is he then? if he gets totally owned by a newbie, IE someone who really shouldnt be very good, and calling someone else a newbie sortof implies that you yourself played a good deal before and should be good by now...

Now, it would be great if ranking actually worked, so I could stop earning the same medal over and over, and actually see it in my medal set. It seems score reporting is a bit hit and miss.
