I know a little bit about how synthetic benches run, and I also know hyper threading that intel uses helps achieve higher scores in cpu test, but it can only being taken with a measured ammount of regard, most of us if not all of us are primarily concerned about how our cpu's performance is going to effect actual game programs and not how well our processor can do multi tasking, to the best of my knowledge hyper threading in no way shape or form enhances or produces any measurable advantage over a cpu that does not ht capability in game performance, sure you do get an inflated score on a "synthetic bench", but dare I say just because an Intel scores higher then a comparable AMD cpu doesn't mean sqaut to the game irl. IMHO...excuse while I go and get my nomex coat...

Managed to pull off my personal best score although it seems like only a minor improvement with my FX-60 @3407mhz vs @3113mhz.

New Pcmark05 = 8,650
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?pcm05=388590

Old Pcmark05 = 8,383

Click on image below to see larger screenie for compare between 8650 vs 8383 Pcmark05 scores

Probably get a much higher score with ATI X1900 CF setup hehe.
