If you have a Pentium [MMX,II,III,IV] or Athlon, you need to use the IA32 drivers (1.0-4191). If you're unsure of what CPU you have, then you should use the IA32 drivers.
The AMD64 drivers (1.0-4180) are intended for machines running AMD's x86-64 chips (codename Hammer), and not Athlons. The IA64 drivers (1.0-4050) are only intended to be used on machines running Itanium or Itanium II processors. I hope this helps alleviate some of the confusion... if you're still not sure, please reply and ask! --andy

Just to add, from what I've seen the upcomming AMD 64 cpu's will be called: Athlon 64 (Claw hammer and to replace Athlon XP) and Opteron for the high end servers (aka Sledgehammer).

Andy: As a suggestion, can you post this information on NVIDIA's download page so people will know what to download?
