Unhappy Apple Cinema Display 20" On Linux Suse 9.3, nvidia 3d acceleration does not work ...

Hi! I am a new member of this community and am very happy!

I have a problem ....

My hardware:

MOBO Intel 865PERL
2GB Ram
Intel 3Ghz
MSI Nvidia 6800GT AGP
Apple Cinema Display 20" (DVI) and LG Flatron LCD 563LS (analog)

I use Linux SUSE Professional 9.3 (update) with
nvidia driver version 7676

I do not obtain to work the Apple Cinema Display 20" with "nvidia" driver using 3d acceleration enable (in sax) .... Without 3d enable, the monitor functions great with "LCD 1680x1050 in 60hz". I want to use the two monitors (Apple and LG) at the same time...

Necessary of help!

Thanks!

Hi!!! Thank's to support!

I do not obtain to make the two monitors to function at the same time. They work separately. How I make to configure the system to function with the two monitors at the same time and separately?

viperstudio,
Are you trying to setup Xinerama or TwinView (or both)? I've attached an xorg.conf which impliments TwinView. Please see /usr/share/doc/NVIDIA_GLX-1.0/README.txt for more information.

Thanks,
Lonni
