NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0306 problem

Hello Everybody

i installed NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0306
under SUSE 9.3,
after finishing edit configuration files,
i rebooted my system, when booting, my system locking up,

i booted in runlevel 1 and tried to load nvsound there,
there to my system locked up,
but wierdly if i load nvsound when alsa driver loaded nvsound too loading without any problems,

please help
