Default WDM Drivers

Hi, this is my first post here. I'm using Debian with a 2.6 kernel, I have a GF4 Ti4200 and I want to use the video capture. Does anyone knows if there's a driver? or a solution to my problem.
Thank you very much

The only way to use tvin is to use rivatv (rivatv.sf.net) but it can't be used in conjunction with the nvidia drivers unless you use 1.0-5336 or earlier. It works fine though with the nv driver.

frapell,
The 1.0-7676 driver supports your card. Please see the README for more information, and post a bug report if you need additional assistance.

Thanks,
Lonni

I have no problems with graphic acceleration. I don't remember my driver's version, but is not too old, but I can use OpenGL and stuff. My question was because I don't know how to capture video (in windows I have no problems). I try to compile my kernel but in "video for linux" there are too many chips and I don't know wich one is it.

here is a link to the driver status page for RivaTV.
http://rivatv.sourceforge.net/status.html

They seem to list that most Ti4200 cards are working.

here is a link to their page that tells you how to get RivaTV setup and working.
http://rivatv.sourceforge.net/users.html

But, as mentioned below, you do have to use an older version of the NVidia driver. According to their FAQ, version 5336 or older.

Thank you a lot for that page. I will put some work and tell you if it worked.
