Talking The bards tale (the new one)

I just finished the game for the second time. And every time it cracks me up. The narrator is a genious. Everything he and bard discuss is brilliant. I love the game.

In most hack and slash games, you go around fighting, slashing wait for the boring narration to pass and then continue slashing.

In this one you slash around so that you can listen to the humor of the narration. I just love it. I also warmly reccomend it to anyone who likes humorous D2 type games...

I've been thinking of picking up the tBT, saw some guys playing the X-box version at EB and it was hilarious (you know this emote is perfect )
Anyway, I've held off because I'm hearing the PC controls and camera are aweful.

I've picked it up along with Dungeon Siege II, knocked out the first quest. Haven't been able to go much farther because of WoW, Dungeon Siege II(which is also very kickass btw), Dawn of War, and other video game obligations. That and real life. I already love the humor they've got in it. It's good to see that it continues throughout.

I picked it up back when it released on the Xbox. Its a nice game but too much hack and slash.

I loved that game. Played the PS2 version just recently. I found the combat to be boring and repetitive, which kind of sucks since its an action RPG, but the dialog was simply amazing. Reminded me of old school Sierra and Locas Arts adventure games.
