Default IRQ x Nobody cared kernel oops

I am plagued by this problem. It only shows up in kernels with the Nvidia driver. It occurs on differnet machines. Please advise.
Following is a section from the kernel/errors log, section of xorg.conf:

Yitzhak,
What you've posted doesn't look like an Oops, just some backtrace information when both IRQs 3 & 10 were disabled. When I've seen this problem in the past, its always been a kernel/SBIOS problem. Do you have the most recent BIOS for your motherboard applied?

Additionally, please provide the following information
0) What kind of motherboard are you using?
1) Please generate and post a bug report.
2) How is this problem triggered?

Thanks,
Lonni

Thank you for the prompt response. You are probably right that I misused the term oops.
Motherboard is Sbit nf7-2sg.
I'm not sure if it's the latest BIOS or not. We purchased the board(s) in June.
We don't know what triggers the problem. It seems to come internittenly.

Default Re: IRQ x Nobody cared kernel oops, P.S.

I doubt that it is a BIOS problem. We have often seen the same problem on our Intel machines with the same kernel source), 2.6.11.1 with Ruby patch, but we have not heard any other Ruby users with this problem.
