Default GL Apps Crash X When NoAccel Not Enabled on Voodoo3

I'm having a bit of a weird problem going on here. I have a dual card box with a Voodoo3 AGP card and a Geforce4 PCI using TV Out. Also have a PVR150MCE Hauppauge card in the box which works fine. Up until recently, the setup has been working just fine with acceleration enabled on my voodoo3 and GL enabled on the nvidia card. Somehow, now, GL only works properly when the acceleration is disabled on the Voodoo3 card. Unless "Option" NoAccel" "False" is in place in the xorg conf, GL apps cause X to crash.

I'm running MythTV with GL vsync enabled. Mythtv reports this before X comes down:
2005-09-12 15:27:28.493 nVidiaVideoSync: VBlank ioctl did not work, unimplemented in this driver?
2005-09-12 15:27:28.494 DRMVideoSync: Could not open device /dev/dri/card0, No such file or directory

Glxgears just plain crashes. Below is my xconf, xlog, and an excerpt from my sys log. I'm much appreciative of your help, thanks!
