Well, it looks like they've improved performance, at least according to the benchmark. It seems to be running really well with the 78.05s.

I tried to set it single gpu mode to see how that would go but it may be using SLI not matter what. Below are the results from single, SFR, AFR. Since they look the same, it makes me think the game is choose the mode to run in.

The results were run at 1280x960 4xAA/8xAF, TAA:SS, GAA On, all game settings maxed (although I'm not sure yet if soft-shadows are actually soft). I reselect the AA and soft-shadows every time in case the settings bug is there.

Also, just hosting my own game and running around the maps it performs really well but of course that isn't representative of how it really is. I don't play MP games though so that's about all I can test.

Edit: Added 1600x1200 results. At 1600x1200 the benchmark did drop into the mid 20s.

Edit 2: I confirmed that FEAR MP automatically overrides my SLI settings when SLI is enabled. After completely disabling it, I got the results in the last pic (35 avg, min 21) at 1280x960 4xAA/8xAF.

Now that sounds interesting, Max Payne2 is one of my favorites with bullet-time and ragdolls! Seems its worth a try then

I like it, allthough the maps are a bit small.
