Well here's to hoping the new game evoke somewhere near the same passions as an FF game.

The gameplay trailer from the menu on the right looks bloody incredible

But camera angles are still dodgy.

I played the demo of Tomb Raider 1 and thought it was cool... got Tomb Raider 2 for xmas and played a couple levels and ended up just getting bored\irritated... that was the end of my Tomb Raider experience

As with many game franchises, there's now been far too many Lara Croft episodes to offer the player anything 'new' to the experience other than something like the pointless stamina/strength-building system seen in Angel Of Darkness. However, for the fans more of the same is often a good thing...

I have hope for this game since its created by Crystal Dynamics and not Core. If you didn't know, CD is the team behind the awsome Legacy of Kain Series.

I think the new game will redeem the series. I'm highly anticipating it.

I agree with nrs421; it looks a lot like Prince of Persia. Not like that's a bad thing, POP was a great game.
