Well what's good enough for UDawg is good enough for me. I've never been one to hold high standards for anything. I'll treat this game like the cheap prostitute it is and throw it away like yesterday's trash once I've gotten what I want out of it.

Percisely

Not a bad review, actually its a great review (7 = good, 8 = great, 9 or above = classic)

I'm still very much looking forward to this one...........I'm just not gonna spend $50 on it

Nope, 8.2 isn't bad attall.

Personally, SP-wise I don't even expect it to be anything 'revolutionary' or whatever. As long as the Strogg's AI is better scripted than what we saw in Doom 3, then I'm more than happy. Not that Doom 3's AI is bad as such, just repetative.

And as far as the 'lack of maps in MP' goes, give it a week or so and veteran mappers around the globe will be putting out their work just like with the previous games.

Yep. I'm expecting fantastic community support and am greatly anticipating getting back into a fast-paced blastfest like Q3, which was my favorite DM game ever by FAR.

Hey we should really try to get on the same server for a DM-fest once we get our grubby game-addicted paws on it. Let's all try to organize so as to facilitate the killing.
