Default LOTR Battle for Middle Earth map scrolling

I have just changed from a Neovo F-17 (LCD w/VGA connection) to a Samsung 930BF monitor (4ms LCD w/DVI connection). And while playing LOTR BFME the screen will not scroll smoothly when I move the map.. Any idea what the problem might be? VGA vs DVI problem? Had no problem with the old monitor, so I guess it shouldn´t be a GFX-card/driver or gamepatch issue.. I play Farcry with the highest GFX-options, and it runs smoothly, so the system works... Any suggestions guys?

I think it's a grey to grey 4ms speed which is actually 16ms black to white and black again.

I could be wrong of course.

Scrolling has never felt smooth for me in BFME, the single player is capped at 30fps.
