At least we found some use for George Lucas' lack of talent...

Heh, anyone notice the mention of "multiplayer bots" in the "lows" section? Looks like some of us here at nVnews arent the only ones that think it was a crappy idea to not include them

I'll admit I'd have liked bots in it, even though I'm not disappointed at their absence. I'd rather play with other folks but sometimes it's fun to just abuse some AI in a lag-free, non-competitive environment. edit: removed due to my own stupidity.

I'm not sure about their criticisms eh... I mean, we'll have to wait and see, but I actually want a gameplay as well as story successor to Quake 2. In honesty, I'd much prefer a fun "old-school" shooter than any of the kind of newer stuff... I really do think Quake 2 was about as good as it got in that mould (although Painkiller was pretty cool too). In my honest opinion, if it's fun, I couldn't care less if it's not innovative. Still, I guess we'll all see soon enough.
EDIT: Though I too would like bots - a skirmish mode is always welcome in pretty much any game.

Ridiculous DOES not have an 'e' in it. It comes from "ridicule" and has less than nothing to do with the colour red. |

that list of bad points is rather weak IMHO, no bots - fair enough but who really needs em??
plot twist goes nowere - thats down to the mind of the user surely!!
