I FINALLY got mine in the mail today (bought the collectors edition for $35 from gogamer, but made the mistake of using the $2 shipping
) and I played some MP. I got really lucky... I saw a server with good ping and 14 players and joined it right away. Didnt have a single problem with it the whole time. I was close to first place for the first round (never played the map before), second round was on The Longest Yard (well.. the one from quake 3, i dont know if it has the same name in Q4). That was my favorite map in Q3. In short: I pWnz0rd them all In the end I had 146 kills, the second place person had 55 ![]()

Man, the Mech part was great. I really wish someone would do a new MechWarrior game. I forgot how much I liked that.

Too bad the ending was just that silly boss and then it was just over. I was expecting a big war not one easy defeated boss.

Is there one announced or is that what Quake Wars is? If one hasn't been announced, I sure hope they do create one.

Quake Wars is a whole different game unto itself, large scale multiplayer war game based around the Quake universe. Humans -vs- Stroggs
I think there will be atleast one expansion for Quake 4, because the ending kind of hinted at that with it's new mission for Kane part.
