I'd say the X800 Pro due to the difference in core frequency, ram freq. is an advantage on the GTO but I don't think it can catch up. But, I'd go with the GTO over the 2 because it's cheaper and also there's a slight chance it can be modded, while the X800 Pro probably won't.

Sapphire GTO cards have been found not to mod. Connect3D cards do mod. It seems like the VIVO cards (as was with X800Pro mods) r the ones which can be modded.

I think only the PCI-E cards can be modded not AGP GTO's
