Default system locks up after updating to 3d driver

I have a tnt2 card. Fedora core 1 was running fine until I updated from the stock driver to the 7174-pkg.run driver. I have a rack system to change hard drives. My suse 9.3 drive has the same problem plugged into the same system. For some reason, there are random lockups. There was not problem reported during the driver install.

Second, you're going to have to post some log files so the people frequenting the Linux forum can help you. Instructions on how to do so are given in the stickies in the above link.
