another game stuck in 2 years ago.

limited to 1280x1024 max

that was after fixing their broken assed installer which i had to decompress the cab file myself to even get running.

found their registry entries, resolution isnt controlled in there either so its hard coded meaning 1280x1024 is all were ever gonna see

Wont install for me, keep saying i dont have DX 9.0c installed so i d/loaded the latest version from Microsoft and still wont install..

any suggestions ?

Game seemed to install fine for me... going to play right now, I will have screenies in a sec

EDIT:
Playing now, the game has a resolution switcher. Running at 1600x1200 right now.

Ok guys, playing at 1600x1200 everything maxed in the game, and I'm getting around 40FPS.

The graphics are really nice, there is some post processing effects, but its not too overdone like some games.

Its really fun IMO, the music is kinda sucky, but evading the cops is alot of fun, and they put up a really good challenge. You even have a "slowmode" button to get out of tricky situations. The controls kinda suck though, and feel very floaty with my Logitech Rumblepad 2. Here are some screenies:
