I think that would be helpful. Even now applying all four patches in sequence forces "patch" to print out stuff like "Hunk #4 succeeded at 686 (offset 43 lines).", rather than the nice clean messages we're used to. When I see messages like that I wonder if I've applied the patches correctly.

I just tried the driver on my quadro FX 4400. I am running 2.6.9-11, redhat AS. It gives a kernel panic while installation. I am running 7676 without problems.
It says <0> Kernel Panic: Not syncing: Oops. And hangs the machine. |

@piyush: you're likely seeing a known problem on older RHEL4 kernels (more accurately, on all Linux/x86-64 2.6 kernels with broken change_page_attr() implementations that revert to 2MB pages prematurely) and newer Intel Xeon processors. Please update to the latest RHEL4 update kernel.
