Would i be better off with staying with my nVidia Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB or replacing it with a GeforceFX5500 256mb ?
any help would be appreciated thanks |

The 4200 is a better card.

Save a few more bucks and get a GeForce 6600 GT. If you look online, they're not that much more expensive. You may even be able to score a good deal for one on eBay. It would be quite the upgrade from a Ti4200, even if you only do a moderate amount of gaming.
