I have seen 6800 GT AGP cards with 1 VGA out (this is what I want!) for $300 or less, but they're all out of stock. Anyone know where I can find one IN stock? Thanks.

It's hard to find a new 6800GT AGP.....
I have a Leadtek 6800GT AGP mounted with Zalman vf900cu just bought on May 2005 willing to sell though. |

Scour other online forums or hit up eBay. That's about the only place where 6800 AGP cards can still be found.

If this was a little bit closer to Oblivion's release date Id probably sell you mine for a decent price, but Im not ready to part with it yet. Im hoping to drop some more powerful parts in this system specifically for Oblivion and this card's value is still holding out (I payed $317 for it in June of '04... talk about a sweet pre-order deal
) so itl help a lot with the upgrade costs.

Maybe I'm missing something, but the pricegrabber links at the top of this page, lists both 128 and 256 cards, but to get the price below $300.00, it appears to be necessary to get the 128 starting at about $180.00. I think that the cheapest 256 was for Gigabyte, but the only 2 reviews of it were not good. The others were from about $395.00 and up.

You can go to newegg and buy a XFX 6800GS AGP 4x/8x for $229 and it is clocked at 350/1100 and they supposed to be great at overclocking and it comes with a adapter to hook up a VGA out and all the reviews I have seen shows it to be just as fast as a GT.Attachment 15403
