Default Mode not supported

I installed Nvidia IA32 Graphics driver. After rebooting my monitor wrote "Mode is not supported". I don't know what to do. How to lower resolution or refresh rate? It is possible to make it in a command line and if yes, how to do it??? What should I do??? Please help.

Default Re: Mode not supported

You will need to re-edit your X conf. If you can't boot to the console press ctrl-alt-F2 after the monitor says "Mode is not supported", or ctrl-alt-backspace might stop it. Then post the output of nvidia-bug-report.sh here.
