Default Number of USB 1.1 Roots on nForce4

I have a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum (nForce4 Ultra). How many USB 1.1 roots does the nForce4 provide?

In the manual it says
"The mainboard provies two OHCI (Open Host Controller Interface) Universal Serial Bus roots for attaching USB devices such as keyboard, mouse, or other USB-compatible devices."

However only 1 OHCI root hub shows up.

Code:
root@tower:/# lspci -v | grep -A5 USB
00:02.0 USB Controller: nVidia Corporation CK804 USB Controller (rev a2) (prog-if 10 [OHCI])
Subsystem: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.: Unknown device 7125
Flags: bus master, 66Mhz, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 17
        Memory at fe02f000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]
Capabilities: [44] Power Management version 2

00:02.1 USB Controller: nVidia Corporation CK804 USB Controller (rev a3) (prog-if 20 [EHCI])
Subsystem: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.: Unknown device 7125
Flags: bus master, 66Mhz, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 16
        Memory at feb00000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=256]
        Capabilities: [44] #0a [2098]
Capabilities: [80] Power Management version 2
The reason I ask is that I have 2 USB 1.1 webcams. One webcam already eats up a majority of the 12 mbps. Do I have to get an add-in USB card so my USB 1.1 devices don't all share the same bandwidth?

USB 2.0 is compatible with USB 1.1 it should work fine, just plug it in.

There was another way too. I don't have to get an addon PCI card. After reading about how USB works on linux-usb.org, I found a work around. Use a USB 2.0 hub. USB 2.0 hubs contain a transaction translator that "coverts USB 1.1 data into USB 2.0 data." However, (12mbps) Full Speed ISO transfer through (USB 2.0) ehci_hcd driver is still flakey.

I had to plug my non-iso transfer USB devices in to the hub and leave the ports for the webcam.
