So my desktop is too small and I work at like 20 inches from the screen.

Would you buy the Dell 2007 or the 2407? I think 24 will be big (I dont want to turn my head to see the whole screen lol)

thx in advance

P.S. at least I hope the 2007 suits for my situation...

Have a question. Should be easy to answer for you guys.

I want a new monitor.

I currently have a Viewsonic 2ms 19'' lcd, its amazing. But i want bigger. Who doesnt? haha.

The price range is anywhere from $100 (US currency) to around 400.

Ill be buying it this summer.

What could i get?

IF you get a deal on a 24... get that.

20" is nice but once you get a 24", you'll never look back.

I think the same thing is likely said by those with a 30"

30" is nice but the dual-link scaling worries me.

I mean it lacks any kinda of scaling capability at all. It's OK for the PC cause the video card can do the scaling for non-native res, but if I hook it up with a PS3 as well, I would end up with a black screen because the single link res of 1280x800 is not supported by the console. Even if it did support it, 1280x800 would look so tiny on a 30".
