Hello Everyone,

For the guys/gals that want widescreen in Lock-on / Flaming Cliffs do the following:

Locate your graphics.cfg
mines is C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Config

I will make an example for 1920x1200
1920/1200=1.6

DisplayMode
{
resolution = {1920, 1200};
bpp = 32;
fullscreen = 1;
aspect = 1.6;
Interface
{
resolution = {1920, 1200};
bpp = 32;
fullscreen = 1;
aspect = 1.6;
}
Simulation
{
resolution = {1920, 1200};
bpp = 32;
fullscreen = 1;
aspect = 1.6;

Now, this is the part we all hate. If you go the the options menu in the game after you edit your graphics.cfg file, it will reset to 4:3 aspect ratio. so my suggestion is, get all the game options set the way you like ie: difficultly, sound,input, etc. then exit the game and set up your widescreen. Open the game back up and fly. Enjoy

OWA I wouldn't use displaymate. It's OK for some things but whenever I've tried to calibrate gamma with the thing on any LCD it just ends up being way to high and way washed out.

I can share my settings with you when I get home. The 2405FPW is considered to be washed out with the out of the box settings. So it will need some adjusting.

I'll post back later this evening with my RGB and brightness values. You can try them out and perhaps drop gamma down a notch or two in your video driver. I bet it makes the colors look a lot nicer, particularly blues.

In the Nvidia driver I set gamma to .95 and I leave digital vibrance off.
