Vista x64 vs MCE 2005 on my rig-

Vista x64 = 14264

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=3167024

MCE 2005 = 15013

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=3071586

The Vista x64 drivers have improved and the XP based OS still has a nice lead on it. That lead is only = to 2-3FPS. Still I hate losing 740 some points, ugh.

Jakup, I think you should try BF2 at 2560x1600 with 32x anti-aliasing.

That'd be UBER pretty. I'm going to try it at 2048x1536 here in a few minutes, just to see if it'll even run (I don't think it wouldn't due to vram, but I know for some reason, 32xAA wouldn't "stick" on MOH:A, though 16x did, perhaps it was a vram issue).

Wow! That is the score with your 24/7 clocks then!

I saw the clocks in your sig but I was thinking maybe you had raised them in order to do a 3DMark run. I was thinking 700-720. I see I was wrong.

Not 24/7, could be maybe, but it just runs too hot, I usually just run 3.7GHz for 24/7 I am still in the tweaking stages though, heh

Way to break through 20k man! Impressive. That's on Vista 64, right?

I'm going to take another whack at 3dmark soon.

I finally cooled my GTX down a bit by adding an old slot exhaust fan under it (never realized that the GTX heatsink had holes at the base of it for exhaust INTO the case...). It dropped my temps significantly, so I'm going to overclock. I started small and its been running all night and gaming for hours at 600\1500\2000. I'll try pushing my CPU and GPU a little more over the next couple days.
