Anyone have dual boot XP & Vista? I only get 13,300 on Vista compared to 14,000 on XP Kind o' crappy difference there.

The difference in scores you're seeing between vista and xp is about right. I get the same thing on my system. Vista is not the best choice for 3DMark06 imo.

This is too crazy not to post.

8.5k CPU score:

http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=162757

and 8.8K

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=3477774

On a side note, yeah it's the same way for me with XP|Vista. I lose about 750 pnts with this bench under Vista x64 vs MCE 2005.

Ok I get 9600 overall score, 4100 CPU score, about 300 lower than other people with same CPU and speed. But what really worries me is the SM2.0 and 3.0 scores which are both around 3600. A friend with a 320MB 8800GTS gets 4300 for both SM2.0 and 3.0 on XP.

I'm running 163.75 Vista drivers... is it just these drivers causing this... or Vista? I have all control panel 3D settings to minimum too.

Card is running at 590/950 from memory (I flashed the BIOS).
