Hey sytaylor.... just caught your post... see my post above.
I have the Gainward GTS also... set the fan to 60% in rivatuner and never had it go over 60oC (idle 42).... great card !!
Seems i got a good CPU also.... 3.6G (9x400) no problems.... idle 25oC... 1hr Load... 50oc. Tuniq 120 cooling... i did replace the fan with one via my fan controller.
All in all, a sweet system that can be silent if i want it to be, but also fast and powerful for those all important gaming moments.

I'm having some issues with Riva Tuner under vista64, so I'll give it a shot when i get rivatuner working

What are you using to measure temps? A friend of mine trusts coretemp a lot more than speedfan, but I guess as long as its table who cares! Thanks dude.

OK.. last run.... 15251....
http://service.futuremark.com/orb/re...0&UID=13012604
Gfx OC 780/1920/2000.... think there is quite a bit left in the CPU & 8800GTS if temps are anything to go on.... however, it is blisteringly fast as is.... back to stock.

Compared to my old 3800x2 & 6800GT rig... it is astonishing....http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/show...&postcount=693

Everest.... shows the individual core temps. Used OCCT to load all four cores.
See you have the IP35 board. Should be good for a 3.6g overclock easy.
Anyway... back to COD4...
