That gave me a boost of 310. Not too shabby.

What clocks you set it at? core/shader/mem

core/shader/mem
600/1600/1900

And the CPU is at 2.9. Why, is that lower than what you were expecting?

No, was just wondering for my own interest as to what you had set your clocks to. Fire up Oblivion and run that heavy grass area and check your frame rates with your old clock vs the ones you just did. 06 I dont think benifits much from the higher shader clocks but I'm almost certain it will make a difference in Oblivion.

I was getting around 8900 in 06 with my old setup and 1 card at default clocks. The X2 3800+ at 2.3 with 1 8800GTS(see my sig for default clocks on the cards).

15090, that will do me

770/1920/1070 (core/shader/mem)

May knock it down a touch for everyday so I can reduce the fan a little, but yeah. Im happy. The best part is I know the CPU and GPU have more in them. The CPU quite possibly prime95 stable at 3.6 (haven't tried yet), and the GPU didn't top 54 degrees under heaviest load.
