i took this extra fan out of my old psu 280 watt. now it says its 12 v and .13 a on this fan its a little bit bigger than an amd 64 stock fan. there is a black and a red wire comming out of the fan and nothing else how do i power up this fan and the stock 6800gt fan at the same time to they run together?

The black wire is ground, the red wire is positive. You can splice a connector and run it off of something else.
I don't recommend it though, your best bet is to buy a fan that is powered off a molex connector.
