Greetings,
I have some pretty significant hardware constraints on a particular platform that ultimately led me to a PCI-based dual-head GeForce FX 5500 card. I haven't tried this card with any of the NVIDIA packages, but I was wondering if anyone else has and what were the results? Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to publicly and formally grovel and beg for GeForce FX support by the Solaris x86 NVIDIA driver. Not all the world is/can be a Quadro, but all the world does want to use NVIDIA! (By the way, I'd like to thank those responsible for generating the README.txt file again with the 8178 release. I do appreciate it!) Thanks, Dave |
