My system:
Motherboard: A8N-VM CSM (nvidia 6150 chipset) Display: TV connected to SVideo out port OS: Fedora Core 4 32 bit Kernel: 2.6.14 Nforce driver: 1.0-0310 Graphics driver: 1.0-8178 Xorg.conf file: attached to this message nvidia-bug-report.log: attached to this message Problem: Everything is fine until just after logon before the kde desktop displays. Then it the whole display blinks a few times and goes black. If i right click on the desktop to display a menu then the image re-appears on the TV. When it apears on the TV it looks very good. If I close the popup window and go back to the desktop then it goes black again. Any ideas? Is a card setting issue or an output frequency issue causing the TV to reject the image sometimes? Thanks, Greg Last edited by Greg Frank; 01-30-06 at 11:17 PM. |

Nobody has ever seen an intermittent black screen issue with TV out?
If this is an issue already discussed in another thread, could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks, Greg |
