I have an athlon PC, so I downloaded the new AMD64 drivers! the NVIDIA_GLX installed with the command make install (the drivers are tar.zip and have been unpacked as instruction state)
but the NVIDIA_kernel wont compile... Im a total newbie to linux, but I like the graphical dispay on the xserver more than MS windows and would like to make it my main OS, but I think I need the 3D graphics to work first! can anyone help? Im on SuSE 8.1 |
