Default inno3d 6600 doesn't light up on power up

My PCIExpress 6600 is not showing anything since powering up. MSI mainboard stops in post at initializing video. When I insert pci card the computer boots just fine. When I put in both pci and pciexpress cards I can boot, see all on the pci card. When I try lspci I get listing including the pcie 6600 card. When I try to start X server it says no device found. The card was working fine since about 6/2005. So I guess it is dead. Can somebody confirm?
