Default I can't get my second monitor to work... Can anyone help?

Okay, I'm new to linux (installed Mandrake 9.1 about a week ago) and I'm trying to set up my two monitors so that I can span a single desktop between them like I do in Windows. I've read and tried just about everything I can think of to edit my XF86Config-4 and nothing seems to work.
I have a GeForce 4 ti4600 with a VGA and a DVI adapted to VGA. In the VGA port I have a 19" CRT, in the DVI I have a 15" LCD.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to make this work? Does anyone have a similar setup, and if so could you post your XF86Config?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Can you try using the sample XF86Config file in /usr/share/doc/NVIDIA_GLX-1.0? You might need to tweak the monitor hsync and vrefresh values to match your monitors, but you can use it to compare to your XF86Config file. To try the TwinView support, start X with
Code:
startx -- -layout AGPTwinView
--andy

Here's my XF86Config-4 file, I've commented out the stuff I added because obviously it wasn't working. I haven't tried to setup TwinView, only Xinerama at this point, so if anyone could give me some TwinView pointers I'd love it... perhaps even some code that fits into my config? :-)
