Exclamation 6600GT AGP Dual

The video card i have is an MSI Nvidia 6600GT AGP card, with one VGA port that connects to a CRT monitor and one DVI port that connects to a LCD panel, and my nvidia driver version is 8178 on distro Mandriva 2006.0

My problem is whenever i boot up mandriva it shuts off the DVI port and defaults to my VGA port, unless i turn off the computer and unplug the VGA cable...Then mandriva will use the DVI port, but i don't really want to unplug my VGA all the time since i dual boot, and would actually like to use Dual Screens like i can in WinXP, I've tried the nvidia-settings in the console in root and it only shows the CRT in the options? TIA if any of you can help!
