Default Corsair RAM

I came across a link to ZipZoomFly who has a 2x512 Value Select Kit for $66.40. Here is the description they gave:

1. Corsair Memory - Value Select Desktop & Laptop Memory Products
2x184 DIMM VS1GB400C3 PC3200 1024MB 128Mx64 184 DIMM VS1GBKIT400 PC3200 1024MB 2x64Mx64 2x184 DIMM VS1GBKIT400C3 PC3200 1024MB 2x64Mx64 2x184 DIMM VS512MB400 PC3200 512MB 64Mx64
http://corsairmemory.com/corsair/valueselect.html

The question is that I couldn't find any CAS numbers or voltage on this website or at Corsair for this kit. Does anyone have any idea of what to expect on these?

Thanks, so I guess that it's the luck of the draw, as far as the CAS numbers to expect?
