I think once a post has gone 6-12 months with no activity it would be best to just start a new one, so much can change in that time that most of the old info is probably useless. I would suggest starting a new thread and linking to the old thread as a reference...

If I remember correctly getting the gems takes a long time. Glad to see people are still playing Oblivion besides me, one day I'll finish. The only thing that I haven't modded yet is the combat. I wish it had the same feel as Dark Messiah.

Beside mental remembering and some backtracking, is there an easy way to tell which quest is the Main Quest?

Also the main quest has the Oblivion gate icon, it's the Bruma defense Quest in your screenshot.
